Happy Thanksgiving! With that said, it's hard to NOT eat healthy on such a holiday. I didn't do too awful bad, but I could have done better. I have yet to exercise, but I'm still under the influence of Bronchitis. I'm almost afraid to over-exert myself until I'm 100% better.

I will do better!

Well, I completely forgot to post on Wednesday. I didn't eat well, and I didn't exercise. I also didn't drink very much water. I'm recovering quite well from Bronchitis and am finally able to sleep at night without coughing up a storm.

I will do better.

I've gotta make this brief. Lappy is about to die, and I don't have the power cord with me.

Today has been pretty crappy so far. I found out yesterday I have a severe case of Bronchitis, and I'm on a boat-load of antibiotics. I also received one of those cocktail shots. At-any-rate, I find myself wide awake at 3:52 a.m. The cough syrup supposedly had Codeine in it, but I'm either immune to the "drowsiness" side-affect it usually causes everyone else or whatever was in that cocktail shot from 10:30 yesterday morning still hasn't worn off.

At-any-rate, I'll likely not even sleep today. I took off sick yesterday, and will not be able to do the same today. That's ok though, I reckon; as I won't be able to sleep anyway.

SO...what I've done so far... I have reorganized some things in my sleeping area and have cleaned the bathroom. I also hung up some shirts. And, I organized all my pills for the week. Being wired has it's advantages!

There will be another post today (near the end of the day) since this one is so dang-blamed early in the morning! Look forward to typing my later this afternoon/tonight.

It's That Time Again

It's that time again...the time when I resort to methods of weight loss that I know can work. Keeping a written log such as this one will help me to keep track of how I am doing and what it is that's making things work...or not work.

My plan is to focus on keeping a daily update for the next year (from Nov 23, 2010 to Nov 23, 2011). I'll likely slip a day or two here and there, but I hopefully will remember to make that day or two up.

At-any-rate, I'll conclude this blog post for tonight. Here's to trying to make a difference again!!!

March 3 - 23, 2010

Short and to the point. March 18-22 I drank plenty of water, concentrated on not eating too much, and stuck to eating as much low-fat stuff as possible. Over the course of those 5 days I lost 4.5 lbs.
