Ok. I went up and down 5 flights of stairs at work just now. Oh My God. I got halfway between 3 and 4…and my legs just about gave out. I continued on up though. Got to the top and had to take a breather; then went to go back down and felt as if my legs weren’t there. Strange feeling. I’m WAY out of shape. Blood sugar is definitely going down to where it needs to be.
