This won’t be as much about today as it is about yesterday. I had a pretty rough time yesterday trying to keep myself from eating everything in sight. It was very difficult. I could feel myself slipping back into my old habits. I didn’t even exercise. *shaking my head in disgust* I went over on my calories by a hundred or so. I went over on sugar by 75g. *sigh*
Anyway…that’s in the past. Today I will get my exercise in, and I will drink enough water to keep me feeling full. And thanks mom for the Clementine! It was absolutely delicious! I’m definitely going to buy more of those!!! The sugar, calories, and carb amounts in a Clementine aren’t too awful high either! I’m now craving one of those and a Gala Apple. Yummy!
Weigh-in is tomorrow. Pretty sure I haven’t lost any weight though, but I can definitely tell I’ve got more muscle in my legs. It’s much easier to walk, and the pain in my hip is going away (even without drugs) the longer I go and the more exercise I get. YAY!
