I weighed this morning even though I had only planned to weigh on Monday mornings. It’s always reassuring to know that in two to three days you’ve lost an additional 5 lbs. I know you’re thinking “that’s not healthy”…but for my size and condition it’s an EXTREMELY GOOD thing. I’m feeling SOOO much better and happier these past few days. The weight loss will eventually start to slow down. I accept that, but I’m gonna get as much off of me as possible in the beginning; no matter how fast it comes off.
That brings me to a total weight loss of 15 lbs so far. That’s over a course of 10 days. 1.5 lbs is a lot, but I FEEL GOOD!!!
I’m not craving any food right now even though I haven’t eaten anything today. I’m back to drinking my orange water. It helps. Trust me. Drink the proper amount of water in a day or more (but not too much more or you could die) and you’ll notice far less hunger. I’m amazed that one little rule like that can curb your appetite so greatly.
Well, I’m gonna get back to work. Until tomorrow.
