I exercised today (for the first day in a while now). I honestly believe that the exercise makes you feel as if you’ve accomplished something (whether you have or haven’t). I felt really good yesterday and felt as if I didn’t have to worry about exercising for the rest of the day. When you hate exercising, yet you get up in the morning and do it anyway…that tells you that you don’t have to worry about doing it again for the rest of the day!
I ate good today as well, and I had my daily amount of recommended water. And, ya know…I wasn’t as hungry today. The water thing is definitely true. Either that or the frequent bathroom breaks kept my mind off of eating. LOL. That’s probably the case. Talking to my orange water; “I love my water…Yesssss I do *in a goo goo baby voice*…You’re a good bottle of water!!!!”
