Didn’t exercise, still fat, but still eating healthy, and still feeling much better than I did. I also feel like I’m still losing weight. I really hate that I’m getting to the point where I’ve got hardly anything to say. It seems like I’m just saying the same things over and over again.
If I’m tired of it, I can only imagine how you all are feeling about it. Hardly anyone comments on any of my posts anymore (except for Kay); perhaps due to the monotony or the fact that they don’t want to criticize me about not exercising. Oh well. I’m still going to continue posting. I plan on doing this until I have lost weight. If it becomes a book on down the road, then HEY THAT’S AWESOME! Maybe others can look at what I’ve accomplished and use it to lose weight as well!
With that thought in mind, here’s a SUBWAY plug. Subway is great. I eat there a lot. You should too. "Hey Subway…I’ll take that as a check made out to John Weeks please. Don’t be greedy either!”
