A log of everyday feelings and achievements as I progress through my weight loss endeavor from November 23, 2010 to November 23, 2011. I'm tired of always being sick, disgusting, and unappealing. The grass can and will be greener!!!
Short and to the point. March 18-22 I drank plenty of water, concentrated on not eating too much, and stuck to eating as much low-fat stuff as possible. Over the course of those 5 days I lost 4.5 lbs.
