Hello everyone. This blog is to keep myself on track with my weight loss endeavor this year. It is my hopes that this year will set me on a path of better health and longer and happier life. My entries will consist of my feelings and achievements. At the bottom of this page you will find a gauge showing the amount of weight I have lost. ReplyDeleteNothing worth obtaining in life is easy. Especially overcoming things that seem to make us feel bad mentally and in the physical realm.
I have worked all my life over coming SLD and dyslexia. I have had to overcome my worst enemy and that was I.
Low self esteem and no confidence has always been a challenge. I learned that the small victories are the most important ones and when I focus on those rather than trying to take the entire mountain at once I am able to feel some achievement.
Each step forward no matter how small is a step in the right direction.
