I’ve been in a slightly crabby mood this morning. I’m not really sure why. Perhaps through the morning I will pull out of it. Actually, I’m already starting to pull out of it; I think.
I’m still feeling so much better than I was. Shoo… I walked 1.1 miles last night before bed. It kinda wired me…but it wasn’t difficult to get to sleep really. And, I slept pretty good. The first 50 calories burned were actually quite easy (as that’s what I’ve been doing mostly for the past 4 days). The second set of 50 calories were quite a bit harder. And, the third set of 50 calories were absolutely dreadful.
Onto another subject. I’ve been eating a lot more fruit here lately. You should take a look at the following website: http://www.tqnyc.org/2006/NYC063364//beneficial.htm
That website shows some of the benefits of fruits and nuts. Hence another reason it’s good to get your daily amount of these (taking the nuts into moderation). My mother-in-law told me it was good to get the appropriate amount of walnuts and stuff. I’m guessing this is why. But, what I don’t understand is how peanuts can aid in weight loss. Perhaps the peanuts trigger your body to think it’s getting enough fat (since they’re loaded with it) thereby allowing your body to release the fat from your system more quickly….while at the same time the fat from the small amount of peanuts isn’t completely absorbed into the body (as disgusting as it may be, you KNOW what I’m referring to…sorry to put that picture into your mind). I’m no doctor, but it kinda makes since to me (a bit).
Well, I’m going to end my blog entry for today on that note. Time for some more orange water!!!
