I didn’t weigh this morning…trying my best to keep it to once per week. I’m feeling good still though I’ve been noticing a bit of a headache the past couple days. I only walked 7.5 minutes yesterday and burned 50 calories, but that’s better than nothing. Although, I’m not comforting myself by no means when I say that. It was my full intention to walk 3 times a day (at 50 calories burned each time = total of 150 calories per day). It was originally taking me about 10 minutes each time to get 50 calories burned. However, I have discovered that when you increase the incline you burn calories faster. It’s a bit harder to do, but since I HATE exercising I’d rather be done quicker. So, there ya go. It’s still my full intention however to do this at least 3 times in a day (or more if possible). However, I don’t want to overdo it or I’ll become flabby.
I ate my usual foot long at lunch today (oven roasted chicken breast on Italian herb and cheese with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, olives, jalapenos, onions, mustard, lite mayo, and vinegar………SOOOO GOOD). I’m afraid to eat less than that as I won’t be able to get in my daily amount of allowed calories. That means starvation mode. My body is already holding on to all the fat it can…so I’m going to keep it at that for a little while; perhaps until I get to about 300 to 320 lbs. I’m extremely thirsty right now, but it’s because I haven’t been drinking as much water as I should be. I’m about to “down” this 2 quart jug of orange water though!!! That should help!!!
Well, I don’t want to keep ya for long. I’ll update you again Monday in regards to my weight. Until then I’ll just send out my daily blog entry! By the way, my size 46” pants are now fitting me ALOT easier (even though I haven’t lost any lbs in a week).
