I weighed this morning.  Still no loss.  But, no gain either.  I’m trying to remain optimistic…and I know eventually it will come off.  Perhaps it is water retention as many of you are telling me it could be.  Or, it could be that my body is retaining fat due to the drastic change as others of you have mentioned.  All I know is that whatever is causing me to not lose weight NEEDS to change.  So, starting today I’m going to cut back on the sodium intake AND I’m going to be less strict on myself in regards to eating.  I’m not going to start back on my bad eating habits though.  I might just eat a tiny bit more here and there of the good stuff (like veggies and fruits).  Probably going to pickup some grapes, oranges, and / or apples today…and maybe a banana or two.
