Wow. There goes another 2 lbs!!! That puts me at a total weight loss of 19 lbs in a little under a month. This makes me very excited! I’m still feeling great. There are no more headaches what-so-ever (even when I’m feeling hungry).
If I were to lose 20 lbs every month til the end of the year I will have lost about 220 lbs (since I started January 25). That would bring me all the way from 368 to 148. This isn’t healthy…and by no means is it actually achievable. But, if I calculate on a degradation scale (yeah I made that up) of 25% LESS weight loss each month I will weigh about 291 lbs at the end of the year. Of course I really hope to weigh less than this, but I would be happy with it. And, then of course I would strive to do the same thing next year.
Oh, for the record…if you decide to go to Rafferty’s and think you’re doing yourself a favor by eating a grilled chicken Caesar salad…think again. That thing packs a whole 1050 calories and about 70g of fat. Yeah. I said that. And the croissant is a meal in itself.
Well, that’s enough numbers for 6:20 in the morning.
