I didn’t get to bed until about 11:30 last night, and I can feel it this morning. I didn’t wake up until 6 and didn’t get to walk. Instead it’ll be some stair climbing for me today at work, and possibly about 50 calories worth of walking after I get home from work.
Kelly and I ate at Perkins’ last night. I ordered the Lemon Butter Shrimp and Tilapia. While extremely tasty it was lacking in portion size. The picture made it look like a rather large feast… It left me hungry. Had it came with a bread of sorts it probably would have been filling enough. If you’ve got a small appetitive (unlike me) you might find it to be a really good meal.
Well, not really sure what else to say other than physically I’m still feeling much better than I was 19 lbs ago.
