February 25, 2009

Well, I got up at 5, walked for 100 calories, ate a bowl of oatmeal and some turkey bacon, did my usual morning cleanup, and got dressed.  I’m feeling absolutely wonderful this morning!  I’ve almost lost another pound too!

Not really sure what else to say on here today.  OH…Denny’s has an absolutely wonderful Lemon Pepper Tilapia on a bed of rice with corn and mixed vegetables on the side.  Wow.  It was sure good.  And, probably not too bad health-wise (as it was only about 580 calories).  The portion size was PERFECT for me too!  And YAY --> it wasn’t fried with french fries.

I’m ready for cookout weather.  I’m planning on cooking some pork loin, chicken, catfish, and salmon within the first few weeks of cooking out!  I’m excited!!!
