I took off work today. Bret and I had all intentions of going to the golf course in Pickwick and hitting some golf balls, but the weather turned off nasty and cold. So, that was out of the question. Instead we went to eat Chinese food, bought some CD-R’s at KMart, recorded some music that even had me singing in it, but his audio equipment wouldn’t burn the cd; and therefore it was all in vain. Bret was going to play the recorder, but with my rather strange chord progressions it didn’t work out too well.
And, it was this day that I decided to start learning Japanese. Teeburu no shita ni iru otokonohito to hikooki no naka ni iru onnanoko. Which translates roughly to “the man under the table and the girl in the plane”.
I’m not going to comment on my weight or exercise in this blog entry, but I will say that I tried sushi (to avoid fried food) and it was WONDERFUL! I had to overcome the fact that it was cold though. The fact that it was raw didn’t bother me.
