I haven’t exercised in 4 days. I’m feeling depressed because of it. I know I need to do it, but I just haven’t felt like doing it. Plus, it’s always my least favorite thing in the world to do (well, other than attending funerals or going to the hospital). I’m still on track however, in regards to my eating habits. Occasionally I do have a baked potato (as there’s not much choice at some places); it’s either that or French fries…or nothing. Still no fried food and no intentional extra sugar consumption.
On another note I’m going to be getting back into the “music scene”. The McNairy county band meets on Monday nights to practice for an hour. I’m excited about it. We didn’t meet last night though because of the inclement weather and possible road conditions. We’re going to be working on patriotic music for the 4th. I’m not really sure how I’m going to react to getting back in front of a crowd again. The last big crowd I was in front of was back in College. Eek. It wasn’t too difficult there (as there were about 100+ people in the band). I’m thinking this is going to be a smaller group though. LOL. MUCH smaller.
Anyway, I guess I’ll leave it at that. I’m ready for lunch. I’m going to try and get some more orange water mix sometime this week. I really need it to curb this appetite that is creeping back up on me.
