October 26 - November 2

The "Heart Diet" didn't work as well as I had hoped it would. However, I did lose 6.6 lbs during it. I stayed off of it for about 5 days, but since I have been feeling more hungry here lately I'm going to start back on it today or tomorrow. It will most likely be tomorrow though (as I have not had the ingredients to cook the soup).

I can tell that my legs and butt are getting smaller. I got down in the floor to install a computer today (Nov 2) and I could definitely feel my hip against the floor. I thought I had something in my pocket causing it to feel uncomfortable, but it was the lack of padding I used to have on my rear.

Even though it hurt a bit, I was still happy and completely forgot about it hurting!!!

  1. I think my attempt at the "Heart Diet" highly discouraged me. Having not lost the anticipated amount of weight I had hoped to lose...I became slightly irritated and lost grasp of the tried and true solution I had been experimenting with earlier in the year. A fast paced weight loss strategy is NOT the way to make a life-long change.
