Ok. I've done really well today (in regards to eating). My headache is far less than it was yesterday. I'm drinking plenty of liquids (water with the orange flavored sugar free packets in it). All is well...right now...however, I am sooooo dreading exercising. I HATE EXERCISING. I'd rather starve myself than to exercise. But, I realize that exercise is a necessary thing. So...I guess it's gotta be done.
This afternoon on the way to pickup Kelly from work I started feeling really hungry and as if I could eat a horse (if it was dipped in soy sauce). But, the feeling went away after a little while. Right now I'm feeling really good...and am contemplating walking on the treadmill for about 15 minutes before Fringe comes on. YUCK.
