Day #8

I think today’s #8.  LOL.  Oh well.  If it’s not I’ll go back and correct it later.  I chowed down on a foot long roasted chicken breast today at Subway.  Mmmm, it was good.  And, filling.  I’m still steering clear of anything fried, potatoes, and chips of all kind.  It really puts a bummer on lots of foods, but I’m sacrificing here…and am getting really good information from you all in regards to what I might try eating instead.  I thank you all for that.

Today has been pretty good.  Been really busy though.  That’s a good thing in regards to having “job security”.  The more busy it is, the better.  But, I’ve been dreadfully sleepy today.  At least when I’m sitting there in my coat (all warm and cozy).  I’ve been sleeping really really good here lately though!  I’m sure glad of that.  I’ve cut back on my orange water intake, and I can sure tell it.  I’ve been more hungry without a gut full of orange water.  I’ve always heard that hunger is a sign of dehydration in addition to thirst.

At-any-rate, things are still going well for me.  In one week I’ve lost a total of about 10 pounds.  I originally thought I weighed about 380 pounds.  But, once we bought a scale that could measure me without pleading for it’s life, I found out I weighed 366 pounds.  Just this morning I weighed myself again and sure enough…the scale said 357.6.  So, YAY!  I originally set my goal at 220 pounds.  Once I reach that goal I plan on moving it again to about 200 pounds…maybe a bit less (but not much less).

Well, I’ve got to get to Madison County DHS and setup some pcs with Bees.  So, there will be more tomorrow!  Thanks for reading!
