October 22

I feel like a rabbit today. I can only eat vegetables and soup today. I'm chowing down on a stalk of celery (and wishing it had peanut butter in it), and I just had a baby cucumber earlier. The soup is already getting a bit bland, but I will stick with it. It's better than starving myself.

Hunger is not exactly a problem with this diet. I have yet to feel as if I'm starving. However, I do VERY MUCH crave deserts and junk food occasionally. It's sad that it's just my second day on the diet! LOL! Hopefully I will get used to it, and maybe it will adjust my eating habit to the point where I cherish sitting down and eating the occasional dinner of smoked salmon and steamed vegetables. *sigh* I can just taste it now. I may have to take a break for a day after the first week just to stop and somewhat indulge my cravings; mind you though, I will definitely keep the portions and sizes in mind.

At-any-rate, I just wanted to give you all a heads up on my progress so far. I know I said that I would wait until after the first week of the diet, but I had to take a break from work and give my brain a rest.
